Come on then Les Experts, who can identify the engine on the bench - under test...?
The only clue I can offer is that there has only been one exactly like this one.
I will in due course, be writing up the story of this and my part in it.
In the meantime, let's hear from some of you.
And don't forget, for those of you in France, Fulvia expertise is available at reasonable prices - right here in Haute Savoie, about 30km from Geneva. Contact VAR1016@gmail.com

The title of the pic is a bit of a giveaway for any one who has worked with Paul in the past. The only 1486cc Fulvia engine I know of is Justin's Kugelfischer injected engine, based on a heavily modified 1300 unit, bored out and V-angle modified to accept oversized 1600 pistons, to mention just a few mods. Kugelfischer injection from a BMW 2002tii rather than a Pug 404. Am I getting warm?
Well, certainly close!
As I said I'll be writing this up soon.
