Just out of interest, have you ever listened to Bob Dylans fantastic theme time radio shows? A little while ago he did one on smoking, containing some great commentary and songs. Given your love of music and the subject matter I think you will really enjoy it. Alas its not repeated on the radio 2 website, but can be downloaded here (about 5 minutes)......
